Seller didn’t bother to communicate with me about the delay until I submitted an item not received report, just for them to say that it was “damaged during cleaning.” WHY WOULDN’T YOU JUST REACH OUT AND TELL ME??? I now have an angry customer because you guys don’t know how to communicate with buyers. One in hospital (unplanned). Typical: replace + ship (expedited) 1-2 days.
