I tool the time to wrote to USPS, EBAY & the seller to implement an investigation. SELLER WAS RUDE.

The item arrived only a day later than I anticipated but it was part of a Mother's Day gift, so I had to scramble and order a quickie from Amazon. This seller is OK and they will communicate when you have a question. It would have been better if I could have tracked the shipment.
