This is obviously out of my control. You were offered a refund if you sent the item back but you didnt. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. The reason you it was recommended to call Royal Mail yourself is that they cannot arrange delivery with me it has to be the customer. Apoligies again for you feeling this was down to me
