  Arrived quickly and was packaged very well. when it arrived the AC wall charger was broken. I sent an email to the seller. They responded in less than hour! I was told that a replacement would be sent the next morning. I expect it in the next two working days. I would recommend this seller.

  *Never bought Refurb, but the reviews, models, features & prices (+ Ebay safe) got me! I chose this seller & a refurb. Dell laptop. It arrived early & well packed & I was very impressed by the condition & performance! *BUT the battery didn't charge past 83%. I told seller who promptly apologized, said could be weak charger, & sent a more powerful one. It didn't fix it, so seller let me choose new battery or refund. I chose battery, got it fast, works great, couldn't be happier! FANTASTIC SELLER!

  I ordered these twice. The first pair were defective, some message the seller and he was extremely nice and he offered to replace them. He sent the new pair to me in less than 4 days and I was extremely happy. He’s the best seller ever and I love the earbuds. Thanks so much!!!
