It was new in appearance, and it was well packed for shipping, Looking back at it, I found the part to be expensive for what it was. The order totaled $34.36 for just this part. You can buy an advanced version (Emperor 450 Pro) for just $63.61, and it was meant to replace the 400 model. You can get EVERYTHING NEW and COMPLETE for kless than double the price!
