I explained to seller that the reason they cracked in transit was the packaging. Most screen protectors come in a cardboard parcel. This came in a plastic grey sheet. The seller agreed to resend another set, however they still arrived in the same packaging, which resulted in them been cracked again. I did not refer back again, as the cost was not worth carrying it further and they were unable to solve the problem a second time.
