I wanted to come of my router convert the RJ45 to a usb as to hook up a usb HD. Like a dummy I didn't think about the 5v the HD needs to run. This adapter probably does great things I just don't know what it does. I looks good and smells good. Hey for the cheap cost its great to have. The shipper shipped it fast and I have no compliant. I would buy from him again.

The item arrived only a day later than I anticipated but it was part of a Mother's Day gift, so I had to scramble and order a quickie from Amazon. This seller is OK and they will communicate when you have a question. It would have been better if I could have tracked the shipment.
