I started assembling the plow on Saturday and found I was missing the mounting plate. I messaged Lionparts Powersports on Sunday afternoon, and had a response Monday morning. I was contacted by Trevor and he was in constant contact. He even reached out on Thanksgiving Day to keep me informed, letting me know that the missing part was on the way. Trevor went above & beyond. Awesome!!!
