Looks like the industry may be phasing out the zinc metal weights that were the standard replacement for lead. I guess that's ok. I'm sure steel is cheaper than lead. And I'll bet it's the lowest grade of steel available because the application requires weight, not strength. Well Packed too!

I wasn't expecting 2 or 3 days for free, but the USPS seems to really take their time moving packages through the system. The packing box was slightly damaged, but the inner box with the weights was repairable.
