However, there was a misunderstanding regarding the listing, which mentioned "touch ECU." I assumed this referred to a touchscreen iDrive system, as I had previously retrofitted one on another F10. It turned out to mean the iDrive controller was touch-sensitive. After discussing this with the seller, they kindly offered a £100 refund as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated.
