    Unbelievably great transaction couldn’t be happier with this coat and the other one I bought at the same time from the early on communication and negotiations through the fitting and shipping I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. Both coats (Raccoon & Pearl Mink) are even better in person, and I will absolutely buy from Olivier again in the future!!! Really, WAY BETTER than the photos in the listing!!!🥰😍😍😍

    Coat arrived in good shape and as described,but smelled of tobacco. I contacted the seller and they offered for me to return the coat and they would apply an Ozone treatment to remove the odor, but the cost for shipping would make it too expensive, so the kindly refunded me $40 so I could apply it to local furrier for cleaning. I really appreciate the customer service, very prompt and accommodating. Will purchase from this seller again.
