Total fraudster. I will admit that they said I could send them back for a refund, which I will likely do because this was premeditated fraud from a chinese vendor. My personal opinion is that this was intentional total misrepresentation. He's ripping people off and hoping they wont go to the trouble of holding his feet to the fire...
