Can't wait to install the motor in my boat and get back on the lake. Thrilled with the idea of relaxing and not worring about returning to the water. Thrilled to see water again. Reached out to customer service and they were nice and checked, so no complaints about them, however it still has not shipped. Have not received item so no idea if its as described, or the value or how it was packaged.
