    Although item was as described I was told by Customer Services that although the listing said delivery would be Royal mail 48 it would instead be sent Royal mail 2nd Class! I insisted that it be sent by listed Royal Mail 48 and after great effort it was. Sellers are increasingly sending parcels by a cheaper option and eBay is doing nothing about it!
