    My experience with this seller has been the best I have ever had on eBay. Great communication from the very start. Extremely fast shipping and the item was very well packaged and arrived in great condition. I will say their customer service is better than any seller I have ever delt with.     The product arrived well-packaged, and as described. The only thing that was different than what I expected was the CPU arrived without the plastic CPU caddy tray. It was easy to purchase one from another vendor, but given how the product was pictured with the caddy, and the sensitive nature of the CPU socket, I would have expected it to be included.

    There were a couple of issues that occurred during postage which resulted in damaged goods but the seller was quick.to work with me to resolve things. Postage wasn't particularly fast so two times around meant waiting much longer than I would have liked. I'll still consider buying from this seller in the future if I'm not in a rush (that's a US to Aus with eBay international shipping issues though). Overall things worked out and I'm happy! Thanks!
