    Awful: Item described “bought new and never used”, received a scratched item covered in an oily substance. I messaged and received a phone call to say he was doing me a favour by selling cheaper than new and the oil was Mr Muscle! He threatened a ban from all eBay shops if I returned item, then advised he had angrily “smashed up his workshop”. He tells other buyers this repeatedly (check feedback). Avoid seller like the plague; this is my worst experience over 19 years on eBay.
