Heavy (yet delicate) DVD box sets should be safely surrounded by bubble wrap or packing foam for shipment. Instead, this arrived in a thin cardboard box with zero padding. Furthermore, this seller does not accept returns, so I may have to invoke eBay Purchase Protection to get my money back.
