Decides to keep and hope for best. Then parts starting falling out. They refused to exchange as it was past the 30 days by a few days. And EBay was no help at all. One package came one day, was worried about other one not being there too. So e-mailed seller about it and they were right on it, said it would co me next day. And it did so no problem. Packed well, instructions could have been a bit clearer, but were able to figure out pretty well. I attempted to return the item only to find out it would be very costly for shipping and would not make financial sense to move forward with the return. The seller decided to refund me fully and yet I could keep the unit. I donated the massager to a local charity (goodwill) with a receipt and photos for proof in hopes someone else in need might appreciate it better. The sellers agreed and so it happened. Thank you for being so flexible
