I was able to send back the item and the seller keep me posted every step of the way as that item made its way back to them. After, the seller received the item, they were able to rectify the issue with issuing me a refund and allowing me to rebuy my original order at a small discounted rate for the mix up. We need more sellers that go the extra length to promote courtesy and customer satisfaction like this seller A++++.
