Upon placing the order, I immediately received a message from Naoki saying when I can expect my scanner to be shipped, despite the fact it was nearly 3 a.m. in Japan! My item arrived promptly and in the exact condition described. The packaging was masterclass. I was worried that shipping would cause internal damage to my scanner, but as soon as I opened my package, I knew it hadn’t moved an inch from Japan to Chicago. I’d absolutely shop here again, so happy!
