    I received the lamp and the ac/dc converter plug was missing from the box. I contacted the seller and a reasonable solution was quickly agreed upon. The seller refunded the cost of buying a replacement adaptor plug. I didn’t have to argue, or box things up and face the hassle of mailing it back etc. I was very pleased with the outcome.     The item was even more beautiful in real life than in the picture!!! the item arrived fast and it was packed with care.
