Shipping communication was good/prompt. Only negative: the shipping box was crushed along top edge, the bubble wrap plus some significant luck helped protect it from damage.

Absolutely wonderful packaging, quick shipping and the item arrived exactly as described. Additionally it does seem to work so I got lucky, just need to find a power cord.
