      A+++ seller. Detailed description and pictures of the slightest imperfections on the laptop were right on. Excellent packaging. Shipped quickly. Responded to communications within an hour or less (mostly much less). Found the included charger working intermittently, cheerfully provided refund right away so I could buy new one on eBay. 100% satisfied with the way the order was handled, which was the stated goal of the seller. Good price, by the way.

      Pretty good. Everything works fine. I was worried because everything online can be hit or miss but the laptop showed up in great condition! Shopping was very fast. Packaging was safe bubble wrapped in a bubble packet. Is is as described and it’s worth the value. The only down side is that it didn’t come with a charger but I think the description explained that. 5/5stars would buy from them again.
