However, the insole of the boots felt like the tacs from the instep were coming up through the insole. They poked me in the arch of my foot when I wore them. I messaged this shipper and he gave me the option of keeping them and getting them fixed or returning them at his cost AND he refunded me my entire cost for the purchase of these boots. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
