Unfortunately when the unit was delivered the handset was damaged, I contacted the seller, who immediately helped, offered to repair or replace. I took Martin up on the replacement, despatched immediately delivered undamaged. I would highly recommend this seller, buy with the utmost confidence definitely 5 star plus
