The product was fine other than a flaw that was worse by the time it arrived. On eBay there seemed to be a little slit along the back bottom leather. When it got to me it was much larger. My purse was shipped to the Authenticator and the packaging was in perfect condition, the purse was in perfect condition as described by the seller. Shipping was the only issue I incurred this time because it was shipped by DHL and they charged me the tariff fee before I could receive my item all which caused shipping to be three days longer than expected.
