No visible damage on the packaging and the item‘s box. I also received the exact item I ordered—a black 2 TB with hub. The SSD didn’t have any issues and was recognized by my phone and my laptop. The only issue I have with it is that attaching the SSD by itself directly to the phone doesn’t work with a phone case. I’m using an iPhone with an Apple Woven case. Other than that, I think this product’s amazing.
