Along with having incredibly wonderful items and a great prices this seller communicated so very much like an old friend that we now are friends!

His message was apologetic and heartfelt. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness. I would gladly purchase from this seller in the future.

They look fabulous on the doll, too. The heels were bagged, wrapped in lots of bubble wrap, and were extremely securely packaged for shipping. They arrived quickly, in pristine condition, and they are exactly as described. The price and shipping were marvelous: I received a refund on the shipping, too.
