The communication was amazing and the seller even added several small wooden pieces. My only complaint would be the lovely artwork on the box and the label of the content. I was horrified that a highly collectible item was labeled. It also alerted my family members that I broke my promise to stop buying Ostheimer figures.

He is even more adorable than his very thorough online description and pictures! I love that the owner included the history of this item, since I am a Steiff collector.
