They contacted me right after they had shipped the sneaker out to me and told me that the had accidentally shipped me the wrong size and they will refund me once send them the sneaker vack and gave me a 15% off next order. I decided to keep the sneaker cause they actually fit. I appreciated that they had informed me. Very happy with the communication and the buy.
