I attempted to order a model from them but soon found out that it was longer available. I was disappointed at first but they were quick about informing me issue and also giving me other options which I appreciated. I ended up receiving a refund which was quick and painless.

About a day after, seller re-listed the same item. Buyer purchased again but was later told this item was out of stock again. Money refunded. It looks like there are a few sellers all located in China selling the same models. This is evidenced that their listing pictures all had similar backdrop. Seller's packaging method had issues. The rough handling by the carrier added to the damages. Ebay had to step in to help me get the refund.
