Received on the 6th, messaged seller on the 6th. Told the seller at that time I would give negative feedback. It has been 9 days, seller has not offered a reply so my neutral stance has changed to negative. Listing said the item was "new/open box", seller said they listed it as open box since the storage tube was "cracked".
