I explained everything to the seller, and they promptly refunded me. Even though I couldn't use the pulley, it arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The seller provided excellent communication, and was very polite. Would happily do business with them again

It was packaged very good and protected way. The condition was good as well. I expected it to arrive in a brown box but the appearance was good. I recommend to purchase items from this seller.

Parts arrived, tech says there is still play where it is supposed to be tight but, car is been sold, given me 12+ yrs and couldnt find OEM parts to do the job available. Other than slitght lack of communication, all is good, car has been sold, new owner has swapped auto for manual. Still feel the feedback needs to be NEUTRAL, but, will give a positive since they refunded 20% for the comms issue.
