I contacted seller and we worked together via the messaging system about how to proceed. He was responsive and I went out of my way to be cooperative as well. In the end, he refunded me the total amount. Very responsible seller and I would purchase from him again. I honestly think that better packaging would have prevented this but the seller is very experienced and worked appropriately with me.
