I did reach out to the seller several times with a couple of questions/concerns but heard nothing from them. Even after making the purchase and messaging once again, no reply. I probably should have waited for their reply, before purchasing but I needed a laptop asap. The only message I got was an initial offer and that’s it. Overall, great product.
