The cocker and decocker were not in the shipment when it arrived. I made a phone call explaining that parts were missing. About 5 days later the missing parts arrived at my home. The seller did a great job of keeping me informed. Very positive experience. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

They treated me so great as a first time buyer from their store. Item was better than described and shipped incredibly fast. Especially for mid archery season. Personally communicated with me on the purchase and even offered to set up the bow for me. I wish I could give more than five stars…

I had ordered left handed PSE Brute compound bow online in a hurry for bow hunting season in SW Texas. I received a notice that my bow was on backorder order. I canceled my order and found Whitney's Hunting Supply out of New York had the exact same bow. I called and asked the lady if they had the bow. She said she would check and said yes that they had one left. I paid for it and she packed and shipped it immediately. Got my bow in 6 days! Great seller! Thanks
