    I had one of the best shopping experience with this store. The seller is so nice and easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to accommodate my requests and spend a lot of night time answering my questions and kept me updated. The product received is so beautiful and perfect thanks to her efforts!     The ring arrived superfast from Kyoto, Japan to Luxembourg. I had to pay EU import tax/VAT but that was expected and no problem. The honourable seller informed me well and gave me a very fair price for a quite small, but very interesting piece of jewellery for my daughter. Domo arigato gozaimasu.

    Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. The vendor shipped the item very quickly, kept me updated through every step of the process, and it arrived lightening fast. When I received the item it was packaged extremely well and very carefully. The item was exactly as described and it is in great condition. I'm sure my soon to be fiancee will love the ring!
