He also made sure I understood the shipping process due to it being overseas. I purchased and he updated me on when it was shipped, and provided a tracking number. I got the package in a timely manner (post office delayed shipping smh but not the shippers fault). When I opened the box it was package to where it didn't move around in the box and was in excellent shape.
