    The headphones arrived in their original, retail packaging enclosed in two bubble-wrap mailers. Everything looked good. Unfortunately, the foam pads on the ear-pieces were disintegrating, resulting in the product being unusable. The damage was not detectable until I opened the retail package, so the seller had no way of knowing that the product was defective. I contacted the seller, sent some pictures, and received a full refund within a few hours. I appreciate the integrity of this seller.

    Package arrived in good condition. The seller package the particle extremely well. The seller contacted Me to make sure that I understood that this DVD player was for parts or repairs before he shipped it out. Price was fare but the shipping cost was a bit more than I thought. I do understand he doesn't set the shipping cost.
