My darn postman broke 3 mugs and the box looked like someone played football with it even though the vendor wrote Fragile on it. Oh well, I can not blame the vendor. This vendor showed extreme care. The postman should be reprimanded but isn't it the same all over? The mugs are beautiful and I use them every morning.
