I have cervical spondylosis and having a flare up recently I replaced my water pillow which I have used for over 20 years for this one. It really comfortable and supportive once you get used to it. Really helped reduce my pain and therefore better quality of sleep so I'm delighted. Quick dispatch and at a reasonable price compared to other similar pillows and you stay cool not sweaty.

The healing process was delayed by the use of a traditional pillow. But Switching to this type of pillow was the best thing I could do, it’s been a Godsend and dramatically sped up the recovery time. I highly recommend

The box it came in was battered and ripped and held together with sticky tape. I've asked for a returns label and will be demanding a full refund. These boots were meant to be for a Halloween party. Terrible service
