    Excellent customer experience. All ordered items match the displayed and described condition. Shipping costs were acceptable and the shipping time matched the estimate that was communicated. Info through Track package was perfect. The books came neatly and solidly pacakged in a box. Only flaw was the delivery service that left the parcel unattended at my door, rather then handing it to neighbours or drop it off at a service point. But very positive overall, thanks!
