Communication was excellent, providing concise answers to my questions, The shipping was right on time, in fact a day sooner than promised. The packaging was superior. The picture of the slight ding on one speaker was almost undetectable by me, and the description of the slight issue on the screen sounded much worse than in reality. Overall, they sound great, and I got an excellent value.

Turntable was packaged amazingly well, as if the seller held a grudge against Fedex for mishandling packages in the past. The right channel connector was faulty, but the description clearly stated it was sold as is. Otherwise, everything was as described.
