However, notwithstanding the seller's description it is NOT new. It had clearly been opened, stickers applied inside, smudged fingerprints were present, battery life was poor and it had had new shrink wrap applied. Seller offered a return/refund or a partial refund (13%). I accepted the latter and bought a new battery for it. NB - I have no problem with a used phone, but it MUST be described as such.
