This is the case in the 2014 DVD release of 'Stephen King's Storm of the Century' which offers not one, but three chilling movies. The featured movie was a TV miniseries in 1999. It takes place in Little Tall Island, where a brutal murder has just occurred during a blizzard. As the story progresses, the sheriff must determine how to deal with the killer's bizarre demands, which involve the town's children. 'The Shadows' tells the story of five friends stranded in a lighthouse during a storm. The third movie, 'Sheltered,' involves a storm, a group of people on vacation, and a madman whose home they take shelter in. When watched together, the movies have a total running time of roughly 7 hours.
