Seller asked me to send everything back to Ebay...after my grandaughter had already opened the package and was disapoointed. We also informed them they would be fully refunded for their purchase. We aren’t always perfect (although we are 100% sure we sent the correct item) we always will correct the mistake. Why wouldn’t the buyer return the “opened” item free of charge? Have no fear we stand by our products & give exceptional service. Just look at our other feedback.
