Other examples advertised are much dearer. I seem to have been fortunate at auction as, for some strange reason, other people haven't spotted the exceptional covers on sale here yet. Safely packaged and posted promptly. No card inserts but the advert did not claim there was. Then again, I'm not sure when the information inserts started to be included as opposed to plain card. Recommended seller...

Perhaps don't offer the facility to make an offer if you have no intention of entertaining or responding to one.
