Triple cardboard boxing, multiple padding materials, and heavy mil plastic waterproofing. Even with all the time that extra care took -- the package arrived very fast. The seller must have already had the item packaged before it sold. Also, item looks and works exactly as shown in listing so I believe the seller offered a good value. Thanks!

Sadly, the faceplate got cracked in shipping, but it was not the fault of the packaging. I bought the Transoceanic for a parts box, but after connecting a battery I found that it works well and now I have to fix it. It also came with many parts that were not shown in the photos so restoration is possible without needing to scrounge parts. I am VERY happy with the transaction and recommend the seller.
