    The doll had gotten lost in shipping but she was able to found and delivered. The seller was exceptionally very helpful in the process. She was packaged okay no damage to the box or the doll.     Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about this seller!! The price point was perfect, they shipped my item quickly, and her packaging was excellent! USPS lost the package for about a month, which wasn't in any way the seller's fault. The only reason I mention it is because they took so much time and care in calling USPS and ensuring it got to me!     My daughter’s doll’s (nearly identical to this one) leg broke off. She had it several years, but still liked it. She was glad when I found another one. It was new, just as described, with no flaws. With shipping, the price was the same as some at Walmart which was a plus for us, since this same doll is no longer available. It shipped, being packed well, and was here in just a few days. Thank you for excellent service.
