They were very well packaged, but the box might have been thrown or dropped. I contacted the seller about the damage and they swiftly issued an appropriate partial refund. I will enoy the rest for years to come! Thx!

Received a full refund. I was pretty upset at the time because I really needed that external hard drive. But looking at the situation sometimes bad things happen but the seller did issue the full refund and I thank them for that. A lot of seller would have given a much harder time.
